My boyfriend wants to start smoking weed. He knows that I don’t like it.

Disclaimer: I am very aware that it’s not the end of the world if he does but it is something that I strongly dislike. Especially because it is not legal where we are.

It is unattractive to me and the fact that he wants to do it for the purpose of just doing it makes me upset. I would understand if it was for other purposes like anxiety and such but it’s not the case.

But now he is upset with me for telling him I wouldn’t appreciate if he started doing that.

I know at the end of the day it is his decision but they affect others and I know he wouldn’t like if I did something knowing he wouldn’t want me to.

Am i right to be upset?
