BF to bottle disaster

Hey there mommahs, I need help ASAP. My LO will be going to daycare in more or less a month and he stopped caring about eating from bottles. He can be starving and will not suck to eat but I need him to for daycare!

Giving a little background, my breastfeeding journey was not the smoothest one. My baby boy never latched properly and the hospital staff was so disconnected that all they did was reinforce formula or possibly face having to leave my baby in the nursery if he lost too much of his birth weight. I wanted to BF but was so scared that I consented to bottle for 3 days until I found a lactation consultant in another hospital. Even then he only latched with a nipple shield and we have been using one since then. No complaints here as he is a chunky 11 lbs 11 oz that used to weigh 6 lb 2 oz.

Now we gave him expressed breastmilk in a bottle so Daddy could bond or BF him so he could bond with me. However two weeks ago we caught a cold so I was exclusively BF and then I caught a stomach flu and continued the same way. After healing, he hasnt wanted to drink from the bottle and I dont know why!!! He used to drink from the Lasinoh and from the Avent bottles with no problem.

Please tell me how to solve this!!!!!!

I would love for him to take bottle again but keep BF him as well.
