2nd pregnancy!

Hi, so I’m 20 years old and this is my 2nd pregnancy and I’m so excited because I’ve been wanting another baby for so long. I’ve also been wanting to give my son a brother/sister cause I know he’d love it.. anyways I’m 6 weeks and about 3 days maybe and I’ve been feeling sick to my stomach like the feeling you get when you don’t eat, well when I do go eat I tend to feel a little more sick and have pain in the middle of my stomach just above my belly button. I’ve also had diarrhea a couple times but that stopped days ago. I was originally scared because I would bleed a couple times but not a lot and the dr. Said it’s normal for most 2nd pregnancies so as long as I don’t have blood clots it’s fine. I’m just curious as to what I should do or if the pain in my stomach is normal during 2nd pregnancy? I don’t want to lose my baby and I don’t want to feel this way. I was going to go to the hospital but I have an appointment on May 13th so anybody have any advice or know what’s going on? I’d appreciate some feedback. Thanks!!
