Hip pain for 3 days

Posting AGAIN cause nobody responded on my previous post.

I’ve been experiencing hip pain in the greater trochanter area for the last 3 days.

My boyfriend and I did ALOT of walking Saturday going to the New York Auto show. And on Saturday I got hip pain on my right side but it subsided that night after I rested. But the next day I began experiencing pain on my left side and it’s now been 3 days with that pain.

Sitting on the toilet or up in bed is extremely uncomfortable and almost unbearable after a few minutes

I’m only 22 and idk if it has to do with all the walking or I really don’t know but I’m worried. I’ve never had hip pain before. Any ideas?
