Leaking water?

Question

I was induced with my first so my water broke in the hospital after my epidural and I never felt anything. How do I tell if I’m leaking or randomly peeing? I just woke up from a nap and my underwear were pretty wet. Is it possible to be leaking or did I pee in my sleep? ( which I have never done.)

Only way to know is if you’re continuously leaking after wards especially while walking.

I had that happen with my first called dr office and they told me to walk around and see if your leaking still. If you are leaking then your water broke.

From what I have seen if your water did break it will continue to leak where if you peed no more should come.

With my first I had a high tear. So I just had little leaks. If I coughed or sneezed a little would come out. Even after completely emptying my bladder. Try coughing and if it keeps coming out each time you cough is most likely your water.
