So really how important is eating healthy and going to the gym?
I eat bad stuff here and there. I do go to the gym almost everyday 4-5 days a week. I try to work hard. I’m not the healthiest I feel like it’s really hard to stop eating certain stuff. I just tried on my regular pants and I have to admit they fit but so what tight I wasn’t expecting this at all since I go to the gym. I’m starting to realize I need to start eating healthy healthy 😫

I wanna loose weight but it’s so hard for me it’s not the gym that’s hard but food help me out 😢
