Yeast infection what does it feel like 😬😬😬

Sorry if this is tmi but I’ve never had a yeast infection so I’m not sure what to look for... Im on antibiotics 4x a day for a kidney infection and the past 3 days I’ve had horrible pain in and on the outside of my vagina nothing helps or makes it worse ... if you have and experience with a yeast infection let me know I’m also 20 week pregnant if that makes a difference... also should I call the doctor or is there over the counter medication I should use... due to everything going on lately I’ve been calling my doctor at least once a week and I don’t want to keep bugging her over something small
