Is this my mucus plug??

I’m 38 weeks and just used the restroom and had this hanging from me. Is it my mucus plug? Also if it is, should I contact my OB??

Even if it is it means nothing. Some lose it early, some lose it while in labor and some don’t lose it at all. I didn’t lose mine until I was already in labor with my first and never lost it with my other two.

I personally would just to give them a heads up. Some women go into labor right after and some lose it and it takes some time. Pay attention to your body for sure now! Good luck mama 😇
