Opk surge question (morning vs evening)

Hi ladies, first month ttc so still learning. I used opks last 2 months just to see if I’m ovulating and I usually do CD13/CD14

This is the first month I’m doing OPKs twice a day starting CD 9.

But as you can see, the LH was higher CD8 evening than it is right now CD9 morning (second urine, held it for an hour)

Is it just because there wasn’t enough concentrated urine? I’m just confused as to why was my surge slightly higher yesterday evening than it is today morning? I’ll do one again around 7 tonight & continue until I get a peak (usually CD13)
