Semen analysis

Is it okay to help my husband with his at-home semen analysis by using just my hand and NO lube? I’ve heard it’s better for the man to be very turned on and my husband said he’s way more turned on with me than doing it alone. Makes sense, but I just want to make sure it’s okay. Thanks.
