Help me out
I’m 14 (soon to be 15) 5’2 and 195 pounds. I know I’m overweight. I have been try to lose weight for so long. I have recently also been struggling with binging and purging which is setting me back. I am extremely active (workout +2 a day) and although I am losing weight I don’t feel like it’s fast enough or I look good. I’m extremely insecure about my thighs and am terrified for summer and have to wear shorts. I just don’t know what to do and I really want to lose 50 pounds by September I just don’t know how to. Any tips?
