Managing my daughter's curls

My daughter has beautiful curls but her hair is very thin and dry, I also have no experience in styling curly hair. ( she gets them from her dad.) So I need some advice please. How can I make her curls look neater they tend to bunch together at the back of her neck or free fly no matter how much I brush her hair. I usually use conditioning baby shampoo but it doesn't seem to help much, what do you use for your baby's curls? Thanks in advance Ladies ☺
