Can I make my baby food that has egg In it?

My baby is 7 months old and I’m doing a mix or purées and BLW. I want to make something for breakfast for him tomorrow but it has egg and bread cooked in it. Is that ok? Should I wait and introduce eggs by itself first? I haven’t given him bread yet either

I would wait til you’ve introduced both things by themselves first to make sure he has no allergic reaction to either one.

My kiddo was eating soft scrambled eggs by 7 months. She also had 3 teeth..

You’re supposed to do one new thing every few days to a week! Especially things that are common food allergies.

Personally, I'd try scrambled eggs tonight & the thing you're planning in the morning & count it as trying eggs. If baby has a reaction tonight or tomorrow, then I'd count eggs as an allergen. Eggs are age appropriate at 7 months & bread isn't usually an allergen unless you suspect gluten from family history. That's just me, though.
