Dryness and itchyness?

I suffer from vaginal dryness. It doesn’t help that my partner doesn’t like oral so I struggle to get wet before sex. It’s focused around my outer lips and clitoris and it’s getting unbearable. I use coconut oil to try make it better but it doesn’t work all the time. I am overweight and I also think this probably has something to do with it due to not a lot of air getting to the area, but I’m on a diet so fingers crossed 🤞🏼 Has anyone got any tips? We’ve both been tested for STI’s and clear. Although maybe I should get checked again (never know hey). Please help it’s making me miserable! Xx
