Hard lump?

Okay so I've been ttc for about six months and while laying on my side today, I noticed a small bump where my bump was when I was pregnant with my first. I'm plus size so my belly gets in the way normally, but one of the ways I could always feel my bump was laying on my side. It's almost exactly like it was when I was pregnant with my daughter.

Even my fiance felt it and agrees it didn't used to be there.

I have PCOS as well, so could it be weird low bloating or something? I've been cramping like crazy and mostly on that side.
