If you adopted a child, and they wanted to meet their biological parents, would you allow it?

So, I know this is a question that’s really dependent on circumstances, but we’ll try anyway.

To sort of control the situation a little, say your child is emotionally and mentally very healthy. They are understanding that the situation could go either way in terms of the outcome of meeting the parents. They are 16/17. They need your permission to request to meet their birth parents. The adoption was through an agency and they are known as the parents and gave permission for their info to be given to the child if they ever requested it. So, what do you think you would do?
