My zofran almost never really helped my nausea. I mean, ive had an issue with nausea for a few years that come along with wtress migraines and just randomly. But it was worse while i was pregnant. I threw up a few times almost every day and it lasted my entire pregnancy. It got a little better in my second trimester then it got bad again lol.
Nothing really helped, i just powered through 
My boss told me about this bracelet she tried that really helped her nausea when the medicine wouldn't, so i might give that a try when we have baby 2.
