How long does it take you to fall in love?

Pretty sure I’m a little on the spectrum, but I’ve always been a late bloomer emotionally: crushes, sexuality, etc.

I’ve been with my SO for just over a year now (long distance) and while I’ve been growing feelings for him more and more, I’m fairly certain I haven’t gotten to the point I love him yet.

It only bothers me from time to time since we only see each other in person every 2 months and I’m usually pretty slow emotionally, so there’s ample cause for emotions to be taking their time. But I plan on moving to the same city as him next year and there’s always that fear in the back of my head that I’ll make plans to transplant my life but have to let him go because my emotions end up stagnate.

So how long does it usually take you to fall in love?.
