So there’s this girl going around saying you can’t be 2 weeks pregnant... I feel like she’s dumb as hell for even saying that. So what’s y’all’s opinions? Can you be 2 weeks pregnant?

I mean technically you aren't pregnant at 2 weeks. Right about then is only maybe ovulation so there's no baby yet. Your weeks pregnant starts at the beginning of your last period. So week 1 is period. Week 2 is either ovulation or gearing up to ovulate.

technically by medical terms the moment you conceive your baby you are considered to be 2 weeks pregnant...if of course you ovulate 2 weeks into your cycle with an average 28 day cycle....so yes you can be 2 weeks pregnant but you wouldn't know you were pregnant....now that being said at 4 weeks pregnant your baby has only been growing for 2 weeks in this same scenario so by those standards you have been pregnant for 2 weeks

Assuming that you have a 28 day cycle the day you miss your period you’re 4 weeks pregnant which would mean that the day you ovulated you would be 2 weeks pregnant BUT implantation doesn’t occur until about a week past ovulation which would put you at 3 weeks pregnant and that’s approximately when you would be able to get a positive pregnancy test. So technically speaking the first 3 weeks of pregnancy you’re not really pregnant. So there no way for you to have a positive test and only be 2 weeks pregnant.
