Dont know what to do 30+2 need advice

Friday at 1am I lost a lot of my mucas plug but had me bleeding or fluid leaking just started to have cramping pain so I called the hospital was told don't come in untill I lose fluid or have blood so I went the whole day with this pain and it started to get worse now it's cramping in my back and pelvic and stabing pain in my belly so at around 11pm I went to sleep woke up at 4am on Saturday in so much pain so I went into the hospital they checked me and nothing and did swabs and put me on a machine for 2 hours to check baby heartbeat and if I was having contractions swabs came back I had a yeast infection and the machine showed I had one contraction every hour so got sent home was told to come back if the contractions got closer if my water broke or I see blood but bed rest for now so today Sunday I have been having off and on pain but stayed in bed most the day till the pain started to increase then I took a hot shower to help relax my body I started to fill better but now I can't bend over or I get major pain in my stomach and the cramping gets stronger but will Al this my baby's movement has slowed down quite a bit I don't know if I should wait till my doctor's about ment Tuesday or if I should be seen again this is my 3rd pregnancy but had a miscarriage with my last 2 pregnancy in my 1st trimester so I'm really not sure what to do ....anyone got any advice
