VBAC for this Baby's Birth

My first OBGYN appointment is May 13th. I'm hoping I'm a good candidate for VBAC. With my first, I dilated to a 10, pushed for an hour, but since my daughter was acynclitic (her head turned slightly the wrong way and got stuck behind my pelvis), I was given the option to push for 3 more hours with no promise of progress or have an emergency cesarean. After 16 hours in labor I was exhausted and ready to have our baby. So my husband and I opted for a C-section. Hope I can avoid it, but if not I'm hoping for a gentle C-section.
