I have this guy living with me who is TTC while living under our roof.. should we kick him out?

So my husbands friend is staying with us for a while. Honestly idek how long. My husband never gave him a time frame. He just said he could stay here until he got his own place. Which we figured would only take a few months because that’s what his friend said...And honestly I haven’t minded it because his girlfriend comes over and me and her hang out, she’s cool.

WELL I found out that they have been TTC a baby while living with us. They have only been together for a little over a month which that isn’t my business but the point is, he has no plans of moving out any time soon and I just don’t feel comfortable with this? Like if they were to get pregnant and have a child what would they expect to do.. the girl lives with her parents and he lives here (they live almost an hour away from each other) so I would imagine she would try moving into our house and then they would want our spare room for a nursery or something. Idk I feel it’s extremely inappropriate. He doesn’t own the house by the way, but we WOULD have to evict him since he has been paying rent which would take 3 months to get him out. Should we evict him? I don’t even know. I just don’t want him,his girlfriend and a child (an entire family) living at the house with me and my hubby if I’m being honest and that’s where I see this is heading. What would you do?? Do you think I’m over thinking?
