When to go in?

I’m 38+4. Last appointment at 37+5 I was dilated to a 3 and 50% effaced. My boyfriend and I just had sex. Wasn’t rough at all just normal vanilla sex. He said my vagina felt different and was very wet. I laid in bed a few minutes after we were done then got up to go to the restroom. I felt something run down my leg (thought it was pee) turns out it was blood. Now I’m having slight contractions but not very consistent and not lasting long. Am I okay to wait awhile before going in? I was induced with my first so I’m unsure when to go.
