Feet Swelling

33w4d today. If my feet are swollen and I elevate them and the swelling does go down, should I consider this a normal part of pregnancy and not something to do with preeclampsia? (I had preeclampsia with my last pregnancy and I’ve been dealing with hypertension this entire pregnancy.)
