Is this my bloody show? Irritated cervix? 40+1

I went into l&d yesterday because I started getting cramps in my lower stomach and back. They checked me cervix the first time and I was at a 1. They checked an hour later and was still at a 1 so they sent me home. Usually with cervical checks, they hurt me so bad bc I’m super sensitive, because I don’t ever bleed like this. It hurt a lot worse when they checked both times last night and made me spot a little but after. But from the time I got home last night till this morning, I’ve been having this everytime I wipe and use the bathroom. Is this my “bloody show” or could this just be from my cervix being irritated? I just don’t know because usually I don’t bleed like this and if I do it happens the first wipe and then it stops. This doesn’t seem to be stopping. Also don’t know why but my cramps have seemed to go away. Just want this baby out 😔😣
