Any thoughts?

Question

At my 20 week ultrasound they could not see the septum of baby boy's heart. This could mean a hole in the heart. They said not worry and come back in 4 weeks. We feel like they are doubtful for good news but didn't want to worry us. They said it could be a resolution problem with the equipment or he's too small. But we know they are usually able to see the septum at 20 weeks.. 
I know you guys couldn't possibly know if my baby's heart has a hole or not, but maybe someone's been in a similar situation with a positive outcome?

My boy wasn’t having it at my anatomy scan he was basically curled up in a yoga position literally and nothing we did would make him move at all. They got everything else they needed but couldn’t get great pictures of his heart either, she sent if what she could get but I got a call to come back since my OB wasn’t satisfied with what she was able to get, we went back 4 weeks later and were able to see his heart and all measurements and photos she needed to get and he was perfectly healthy and normal. It’s hard but try not to stress hopefully he won’t be stubborn and all can be seen the way they need to see it.
