Lower back pain

Hi ladies,

So today I felt 2 very sore/uncomfortable movements that felt very low down like in my vagina low. Ever since these 2 movements my lower back has been really sore it eases off a bit then kinda comes back.. could it just be pregnancy pains or could it be more? Has anyone else experienced this? I would phone but I know they will tell me to go in and get assessed and I have a 2yr old at home so don’t really want to have to go in unless it’s something that really needs checked out.. baby is still moving about and last app he was transverse.

Any help/advice appreciated.
