Pregnancy Tumor

Hi

Just wondering if anybody has got a pyogenic granuloma aka pregancy tumor on there mouth on there third trimester. Im currently 32 weeks pregnant and it came up almost 4 weeks ago just inside my lower lip, its constantly bleeds when i eat and its like a big white/red lump that keeps growing.

I went to the dental hospital 2days ago and they removed it but it seems to be growing back again already🙈🙈

Has anybody ever got this or have any advice on how to stop it growing or will it constantly needed to be removed now?
