Did anyone else get sick after Glucose test??

Made it to the Ob-Gyn at 8:30, already starving lol, drank the Fruit Punch Glucola at 8:55 am, felt fine, didn’t taste bad. Whatever.. at 10:20 they tested my blood and I passed.. we went to eat at 11, then we did some shopping for a bit and made the hour drive home, I slept most the way, but when I woke up, I felt like shiiiiiiiiiitttttt. I’ve been throwing up and pooping lava since I’ve been home😩  anyone else go through this, orrrrr y’all think this is happening because of something else??

Yes so much so by my 3rd baby I refused the test. I just tested my sugar for a week instead.

Yes, I threw up right after drinking it & I passed and everything was fine!

I didn’t react that way but I know it’s common. I had a friend who threw up after every attempted glucose test so they never knew if she had GD or not! She had to just check her sugars throughout her pregnancy. It made me crash and I felt jittery all day but fortunately didn’t get sick. So sorry that happened 🥴

I didn’t have it as bad but I did feel sick sometime after taking my test i was so sugared up then I crashed but was sick all day following the test

It can make some women sick. ☹ I threw up the first time. With second child it just made me nauseous.
