I work at a restaurant as a host and a week ago i reported a coworker because he was spreading rumors about me saying that I wanted to have a three way with him and his girlfriend. he was gone for 2 weeks so management didn’t do much but there were 4 other women that reported him too. all management said was that if he retaliated or said anything else then he was going to be fired.

He came back today and we were both scheduled but thank god he works in the back so i was able to avoid him. i just hate that i have to come to work feeling uncomfortable and i wish he would say something so he’d be fired.
