Feeling a bit down

Is anyone else feeling a bit meh at the moment?

I’m 28 weeks, having a wonderful pregnancy.

I’ve nothing particular to feel ‘down’ about.

I’m just finding if it hard to be motivated the last few days. I walk our dog twice a day, once on my own then in the evenings with himself. I go to regular yoga & a pregnancy yoga which are my favourite time of the week. I’m working & all that is fine too.

But I have lost my get up & go 😕 I know this feeling will pass and I’m trying to let it be without overly identifying with it. I have enough tools in my yoga / visualisation / affirmation tool box to help but I’m just not feeling it 🤷🏼‍♀️
