Middle stomach bump ? Normal??

Question; 
Is it normal I always get a Huge big bump In middle of my stomach, especially when I have to pee? 
My stomach looks lopsided!!

I get the bump on the side of my belly button. It's baby's butt or feet sticking out :) as you get further along baby doesn't have as much room so you start to see it more and it could be that your bladder pushes on baby and that's why you see it more then.
