Severe bloating and heavy feeling

Hi, I have been really bloated every day for about a week now. Every day I keep getting a heavy sensation like I’m on my period but then I go to the toilet and it’s clear. I got a BFN on Wednesday - slightly irregular cycle but AF was due at some point this week. Any thoughts? X
