What’s the difference??????

Question

I can only find raspberry leaf tea. I found RED raspberry leaf in a capsule form but not in any tea form, is it the same?! 
Primrose oil, I found evening primrose oil capsules, is that what I can use to soft the cervix but putting a capsules inside???

I drank the raspberry leaf tea religiously in my last pregnancy during the 3rd trimester, didn't feel contractions and I was dilated 8 CM, ended up getting the epidural anyway cause I'm a wimp lol long story short I end up having to have a c section due to my son being "too big". However, I did start to feel horrible back contractions while they took me in to prep for the surgery, I was already 10CM and 100% effaced.
