Ovulation pains

I’m supposed to get my opk on the 4th

Tested today, was on my peak

I had baby danced 11-30pm yesterday. Today I’ve been feeling a very terrible pains on my left side abdomen, near my ovaries. I don’t know whether it’s the ovulation pain or not.

This has been going on for 2hours now, any idea on what it is? And is it possible to get pregnant only yesterday that I baby danced? As I’m typing, I still feel the pains now, I can’t stand up

Hubby traveled today and he would not be around till Sunday.
