I hate my carseat...

So I got this carseat after asking for it from my Mom. It came with the Baby Trend Expedition jogger stroller. I thought I liked it from the reviews and pictures online but now that I have it I don't like it. I feel like the material looks cheap and it doesnt feel very padded so I'm afraid my baby wont be comfortable. Does anyone have this carseat and love it? I'm tempted to buy the Baby Trend Secure Snap Gear 35 carseat instead but I hate to fork out more money when we got this one for free. 😓
