I don’t have insurance so I was looking up over the counter anxiety medicine. I was wondering if anyone has found any brand that works.

I take ashwaganda and GABA. Both of them work for me. I sometimes do have to take my prescription med but its not very often. My doctor was the one who told me about these supplements.

You can find doctors in your community that accept self pay patients if you don’t have insurance. When they send your medication (if needed) you can use a discount card or pay out of pocket and there are cheap medications. I do hope this helps you and stay strong w/positive thoughts
