How to put over-stimulated toddler to sleep?
My 16months old is having difficult time to fall asleep tonight. We went Cinco de Mayo event today and I know she’s tired but having difficult to fall asleep due to over stimulation.
She kept crying in her crib so I brought her out and read books for her. Then I talked about how much fun time we had today and told her we will have more fun tomorrow after good night sleep.
So my question is what would you do if you were in my situation?
