2nd failed IUI: what do I do?

I just started my period after my second failed IUI. I just need some words of encouragement to keep going. I have 0 hope left. I didn’t really have much faith in the IUI to begin with. I mean, if I wasn’t getting pregnant the old fashioned way, why would this work? I am in the unexplained infertility category. The only thing that comes up on all my tests that’s off is low AMH, but all the doctors shrug that off and say it doesn’t really matter. Especially when they consider all of the circumstances for both of my IUI’s as ideal.
