Baby gate?

I need recommendations on a gate i can use to block off the kitchen and/or dining room.

Its 112 inches between the two walls for the kitchen.

100 inches between the two walls for the dining room.

Any recommendations on a gate that would work here? Ideally id like one for the dining room since that would block off everything. I dont want to spend a lot on it since it will probably only be used for at most a year before he figures out how to climb over it.
