Help with stupid husband.

My husband constantly insists on giving our 15 month old daughter junk food. All the time! Yesterday he gave her chips and ice cream, today a sucker. We had cake for my moms birthday 2 weeks ago and I let her have some cake for the celebration. But he insists on giving her cake the next day and day after. I’m so annoyed and frankly pissed off. I don’t know how to get him to stop. I’d love some advice.
