Help ☹️ I’m miscarrying💔

So I found out a few weeks ago that my babies growth stopped at 8 weeks 2 days with no heartbeat... I found out around 10 weeks. In all it’s been 5-6 weeks since.... no bleeding, light cramping since the beginning of the miscarriage and I don’t know if I should see a doctor again or ? I’m really worried I’ve been real dizzy and nauseous out of nowhere . However I went to the ER 2 weeks ago and they sent me home and suggested I wait and pass the baby naturally because that is the best way they can recommend. I don’t know what to do.... but Not to sound heartless this has hurt me a whole lot , I just want it to be over with at this point ☹️
