Positive (???) but possible a compromised test?

Hi guys,

I'm freaking out right now.... I'm on day 3 of a missed period and couldn't take it so I went and got a pregnancy test and took it at work. My pee got a little wonky and some accidentally went on the cover of where the reader is.

It seems like a faint positive (ahhhh!) but should I be concerned about it being a false positive? I'm going to get a test now and will do it again as soon as I have to pee, but me know what you think. Prayers for real positive welcome!!!
