Advise please

Hello there!

I need some advise please! I am 6 weeks pregnant and I am going through a miscarriage right now I've been bleeding and having cramps for the past week. I've been in and out of the hospital for the past 2 weeks. Me and my husband are so burnt. This had been very hard on us because it's our first and we don't know what to think. I know alot of girls go through miscarriages often for Thier firdt pregnancy but why??? I know I know... That's something that No-one can answer. It JUST HAPPENES!!! 😩 the doctor said that my hcg levels were going up and down up and down and that they never saw that before.

Anyways to make a long story short. I'm still bleeding now not that heavily but still looks like a period but I'm not sure. We just want to try to get pass this and try to conceive again. When is it the best time? I have my doctors appointment tmw so maybe I should make sure that everything's gone and out of me 😕. I would love your comments and feedback please 💕❤️❤️💕🙏
