Anyone else think my lines are pretty strong for how many dpo I am...could it be twins? Both 10 dpo

The control line isn't all that strong. It's only just pulling dye from the other.
Also HCG levels are not measured by that line, it's based off of the dilution of your urine.
HCG levels are also not indicative of twins.a
So no, not guaranteed or likely twins.
