Am I going to loose my pregnancy?! Low progesterone

I finally got my BFP after 3 years of trying.

I got my blood work results, 13 DPO and 1 day before AF was due, to confirm my pregnancy. HCG levels were high but my progesterone was less than 1.

Once I got the call I immediately drove to the clinic and got free Prometrium - progesterone suppositories at 400mg a day.

I got more blood work today - 48 hours later and the levels have doubled but I’m still very low.

I’m just wondering if anyone has had experience with low progesterone? Did you have a chemical pregnancy? Miscarriage? Or were you able to carry the baby to term?

I am trying hard to stay positive and wrap my head around all of this. Any insight is appreciated.
