Anxiety during pregnancy?

Is it just me or does anyone else get crazy anxiety during pregnancy? I’m almost 7 weeks and these mood swings are nuts. I don’t have anxiety all day but when it comes it’s so intense. Any suggestions on how to cope?

Oh God was I terrified the entire time. My first time being pregnant I had a miscarriage. While pregnant with my boy, I would have horrible nightmares every single night that I had another miscarriage. Every day I was waiting for something to go wrong, at every appointment I was prepared for bad news. My life spun in to a deep cycle of depression and anxiety over the fear of losing my baby. 
Controlling anxiety over matters like this is very hard. All I can suggest is trying to talk to yourself. Reassure yourself. I know how hard that is, and I know it is much harder done than said. But you must keep yourself active, worry and stress will not help you or your growing baby. Try playing games, hanging out with friends, doing chores (ew) Do anything, and everything that could possibly keep your mind away from worry. 
And remember, we most often expect the worst when a miracle is on the way.

I have really really bad anxiety. It would cause my blood pressure to go up when I went into the dr office. I’m small, never had blood pressure issues, and was early on. I start reading my bible app in the waiting room. I took deep breaths and prayed as they took my blood pressure and it’s been normal every time I do that. My first I lost at 24 weeks. My second was healthy and I didn’t have any issues or major anxiety. I was pregnant in December and came back as non viable so I had to have a d&c. I think that’s what triggers me. I just have to pray that God takes care of me and baby. 12 weeks tmrw and so far so good.
