Can I get pregnant??

Was 10 weeks pregnant when I miscarried and had the doctor's remove it. I've been bleeding for almost 2 months straight now it goes from heavy to light. I have different Sentence nausea vomiting light headed stomach pain back pain really badd cramping is the signs of another pregnancy or could something be wrong.?? My boyfriend and I have had unprotected sex everytime my bleeding is light or almost spotting but then I have really bad cramps after words and start to get nervous.
