PCOS & conceiving ?

So i went to the doctors last week because a few months ago i started to spot/bleed on a daily basis .. I don’t even know when i ovulate or if it’s my period or not. So I got sent in for some blood work because my doctor said i might have PCOS and which can make it hard for me to conceive . Well my blood work came back fine. Although I do have an ultrasound next week and a pap smear this week, maybe they can detect what’s wrong there?? hopefully its nothing. She also said it could be that my hormones are unbalanced which is causing me to spot everyday . I ’m wondering if you ladies can please tell me what u did to conceive ? Any tricks? What did you do or take???? Does acupuncture help?
