Miscarriage??

I'm 3 months pp. Not on the pill or anything. Had a few light periods already. Last one was a week ago. It came 2 days late and it was so heavy soaked my pads every 2 hrs. And one time it went thought my blanket and everything in just 1hr. I always had heavy periods but nothing like this. 4 days in I wake up feeling so sick. Exactly like a felt for the fisrt 20 weeks being pregnant. Headache, dizzy very nauseous. Throw up at noon and all day was a reminder of how i hated being pregnant. Just wondering if it could have been a very early miscarriage that didn't take. 2 test were negative so even if I was it was to early to see. Just want some options. Only a few people know and my mother couldn't help she never even had morning sicknesses 😑
